Hi, I'm Josh, a full-stack web developer based in Sacramento, CA.

I began my foray into the tech industry in July 2023 when I enrolled in Coding Dojo's full-time online software development program. During bootcamp I discovered in myself a deep enjoyment for the creative aspects of coding along with an appreciation for how everything fits or falls together like a set of Legos or Rube Goldberg machine. I find joy in crafting applications that are not just functional but also unique, captivating, and engaging. It seems the only limit a coder faces is the extent of their knowledge, and knowledge is everywhere.

Thanks to my time in Coding Dojo, I've not only built a robust foundation in full-stack web development, proficient in Python, JavaScript, and C#, but I've also cultivated the confidence and adaptability to learn any technology. Currently, I'm further expanding my skill set by self-educating in the T3 stack.

The more I delve into this dynamic industry, the more I'm convinced that the learning journey is boundless, and the possibilities are as expansive as the digital landscape itself. I'm excited about the challenges that lie ahead, and eager to contribute to the ever-evolving world of technology.

Used dom manipulation and async functions to create single-page dungeon crawler lite rpg.

Created 12 different enemy encounters and 3 unique player characters to encourage replayability.

Implemented transitions using opacity and AJAX for smooth navigation room-to-room during user journey.
